Mishel Trajkovski was born on July 1, 1994.
At the age of 7 he began to study the accordion, and at the age of 13 he won the first prize at the State Ethno Accordion Competition.
In 2008, he confirmed his success and was again crowned with the first prize in the aforementioned competition.
In 2013, Mishel was named the first Macedonian "Zajdi, zajdi" talent. More than 5000 competitors took part in this competition.
In 2013 he became part of the Youth Orchestra of the National Ensemble "Tanec".
In addition to the accordion, Mishel at the music high school studied other folk instruments, such as: the tambourine and the drum.
On December 20, 2015, at the age of only 20, he promoted his first album "Ора и соништа"
("Dances and Dreams"), which proves himself as one of the youngest composers in Macedonia.
The composition "Tarantino Jazz", which is found on his first album, actually represents the new
direction and style of performance that he will follow in the next course of his career.
It is a composition with many styles, from tango segments, jazz variations to Balkan swing.
In 2017 he was invited to be a part of the big Macedonian folk orchestra, with which he performed at one of the most famous festivals for Macedonian music "Folk fest Valandovo"
During his music career he collaborated with big eminent musicians from the Macedonian folk and pop scene: Naum Petreski, Ljuboyna, Ferus Mustafov, Dzambo Agushev, Efto Pupinovski, Ilija Ampevski - Ampe, Elena Velevska, Suzana Gavazova.
Mishel is the main guest on the latest music album of the Roma music legend Ferus Mustafov, with whom he was a guest in Belgrade on several popular music shows.
In 2019, together with Dzambo Agushev and their band "Macedonian All Stars" they performed at 2 big concerts in France.
"Macedonian All Stars" was created by Mishel and Dzambo. It represents a band made by the most successful
musicians in Macedonia: Ivan Kukic (bass guitar), David Demir (guitar), Ratko Dautovski (percussion), Antonio Timchevski (keyboards).
Later in the year, with Ilija Ampevski - Ampe, one of the best clarinet and saxophone instrumentalists, they compose 2 music albums with original music, being authors themselves.
Since 2020, he has been in continuous cooperation with the so - called "golden throat of Macedonia", the vocal performer Naum Petreski.
Mishel together with the violinist Hilmi Baki and the other members of his band are present at all the music events of the great Naum Petreski.
From 2016 until 2019, Mishel was part of the event "Zlatna bubamara na popularnosta" which is the most popular music show in Macedonia.
Mishel’s original compositions: Tarantino Jazz, Soprano ethno jazz, Havana, Gypsy Reggae, are being performed in our neighbouring country Serbia by some of the best bands in that area.
In his careeer as a music performer he has appeared on 139 studio recording songs and dances.
Mishel is a graduated ethno musicologist at the Faculty of Music Arts in Skopje.
He continues his creative activity as a composer, performer and announces 2 new albums in 2022.
